A little about me…

I help Scottish property investors and limited company landlords make well-informed finance decisions that support long-term portfolio growth.

Alongside advising clients, I am an active property investor myself. I understand how deals work in practice. Timescales, refurb costs, lender criteria and exit planning all matter when choosing the right finance.

My role is to look at the full picture before recommending a solution. Sometimes that’s bridging finance, sometimes buy-to-let, sometimes a refinance or a combination over time. The focus is always on what’s right for the client and the deal, not forcing a product.

I work with investors who value clarity and straight answers. You’ll understand your options, the trade-offs involved and how each decision fits into your wider strategy.
